TERM OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission.
I. GENERAL TERMSPlease provide neat references and not just paragraphs of text so i can clearly understand the request.
I will NOT do:

▪ GoreII. PAYMENTPlease be adviced that complex designs can increase the payment.
All commissions must is paid in full after the sketch is approved.
The currency accepted is US DOLLAR $.
Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
An invoice is sent to your paypal once everything is agreed upon.III. PROCESSI start on the neat sketch after the rough sketch approved and i get the full payment.
Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner if asked and on every process.
The time for your commission depends on the complexity.
You get the option for a Rush Order but it will +50% of the price.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However I won't be allowing any changes to be made after I've finished the commission.
so please ask if you need anything to be changed during the WIP process.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Make sure to be clear in your order of what you aim for as I may charge for changes in the commission.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI retain all copyright to my art.
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece,
but you must not make major edits to the artwork.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.VI. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.
You cannot demand a refund after payment has been received unless we discussed otherwise.
You pay artists for their time, not just the finished product.
If money has not yet been sent/requested, the commissioner has rights to cancel their order.
